Transformer housings – assembly housings
The assembly housings of the medium-heavy versions 110-250 are suitable for encasing medium-heavy transformers with required protection types IP23 and IP54. IP33 and IP43 can also be supplied as a custom-made version. The transformer is ready-mounted on U-profiles which are also supplied and then encased. The front wall is supplied in a split version. This means that the housing can be opened at the top to make mounting easier. The lower PG section remains very easily accessible for mounting. All screw connections are provided with weld-on bolts and cap nuts. To protect them against corrosion, the U-profiles are electrogalvanised from 3 mm thick steel sheet. On request, we can supply the assembly housings for use on rollers.
Product characteristics:
Material: steel sheet, powder-coated, RAL 7035, special coatings are possible in all RAL colours. The surface finish has a rough structure and is glossy – this is what makes our transformer housings particularly robust and very impervious, e.g. to scratches during installation work. On request, we are of course also happy to offer you special individual coatings as well as galvanising and stainless steel finishes. Make sure you ask about them.
In order to guarantee prompt delivery, we always have medium-heavy housings in stock in fourteen different sizes in protection classes IP23 and IP54, each in the colour RAL 7035. This means that you can enjoy short delivery times thanks to the fast availability.
